A letter from Moe
Hello! Thank you for stopping by.
I find that explaining what we do is more difficult than it should be. Marketing experts tell me that I need to “craft the elevator speech” so people can get their heads around the work we provide. But when I attempt this, it ends up loaded with words like “consulting,” “organizational development,” “facilitation,” “process,” “systems.”
To most people, this just sounds like consulting mumbo jumbo.
In addition to not making much sense, these words always sound like I am trying to sell people something that tastes bad.
Simply put, we help people do their best work, which, in turn, helps companies get results.
In particular, we like to partner with courageous people in charge of organizations, who are wise enough to seek help to improve. Sure, we consult, coach, design, train, and facilitate, but that is not the gist of our purpose on this planet. Those are simply the tools we use to help companies make a difference with their greatest asset: the people who work for them.
We are experienced at what we do, and people tell us we are very, very good at it. Most of our clients are long-term clients and come back to us again and again.
If you want to talk about where your company is headed and the people you have on board to help you get there, call us. We won’t pitch you about the “value we add,” but we will tell you what we think and how we can help you achieve the phenomenal.
I look forward to the conversation.
Warm regards,

Moe Carrick
