Strategic Plans
A small non-profit in the arena of sustainable solutions for businesses and individuals, secured Moementum to conduct their 2-4 year strategic planning process. Through interviews, a SWOT analysis was prepared, followed by a series of meetings with Board and Staff members to re-work the Mission, Vision, and Projects of the organization to meet their hoped-for growth and impact targets. www.resourceoregon.org

Norms, Charters, and Guiding Principles
When Marshall High School, one of the City of Portland, Oregon’s most challenging schools, was broken into four smaller schools as part of the Small School Initiative, Principal Stevie Newcomer knew her team needed to come up with new ground rules for interaction and shared ways of working together. The face of education as they had each always known it was changed forever, and her teachers and staff needed support to learn how to “be” in this new, dynamic environment. A three-day retreat kicked it off, followed by a series of on-site meetings and one-on-one coaching to put the new guidelines into practice with rigor and clarity. www.pps.k12.or.us
