When you choose Moementum to support your organization’s needs, we will progress through four predictable stages to ensure great outcomes:
This is where we address the question, “How do we get started?” Who are you, who am I, what do we need to do together to get a better handle on YOUR situation – through meeting, Internet dialogue, cost discussions, and capabilities exploration. At the conclusion of Stage 1, we agree to specific work scope and to broad outcomes.
This is the seeking feedback phase. We gather relevant data to create an event, program, speech, meeting, or intervention that works for you and your people. In Stage 2 we may conduct surveys, have conversations, host focus groups, or other activities. Together, we now craft a plan that fits.
We roll out the program, conduct the session(s), meet with the individual(s) being coached, and work with you on the project. With solid plans, Moementum also persistently flexes and changes the approach as needed.
Evaluation helps us both to improve, while also ensuring that you receive the value you expect. We are not satisfied that our job is done until you are completely pleased. We may in Stage 4 identify continuation planning and possible future phases to enable you and your team to sustain momentum – Moementum will be there for continued support as needed!
