The heart of my company, Moementum, lies in helping people to understand and change those things that impede their progress. Each of us is regularly challenged and confused by problems working with other people. These challenges often stop us in our tracks, keep us up at night, and diminish our personal and professional impact, which affects organizational results. We help individuals gain awareness, understanding, and congruence in their work lives, increasing their capacity to do good work. Traveling the complex terrain of human relationships in organizations is daunting. In many ways, the simplicity of completing tasks and utilizing our expertise to solve problems seems enough.
